Fans screamed and cried when Johnny Depp was first spotted on the red carpet joining other cast members and guests

THE SKINNY: Universal Pictures and The Los Angeles Film Festival presented the Los Angeles Premiere of PUBLIC ENEMIES at the Mann Village Theater on June 23^rd.

Fans lined the street and the bleachers behind the photographers and they screamed as the stars arrived…louder than most of the photographers. One girl who was behind me started crying the minute she saw a glimpse of Johnny Depp entering the red carpet.

Walking the carpet was: Johnny Depp (John Dillinger), Christian Bale (Melvin Purvis, Marion Cotillard (Billie Frechette), Jason Clarke (John ”Red” Hamilton), Stephen Dorff (Hormer Van Meter), Giovanni Ribisi (Alvin Karpis), Branka Katic (Anna Sage), Don Frye (Clarence Hurt), Shawn Hatosy (Agent Madala), Rory Cochrane (Agent Carter Baum) John Michael Bolger (Martin Zarkovich), Geoffrey Cantor (Harry Suydam), Carey Mulligan (Carol Slayman), Michael Bentt (Herbert Youngblood), John Hoogenakker (Agent Hugh Clegg), LeeLee Sobieski (Polly Hamilton), and Director/Writer/producer Michael Mann.

Joining the stars were guests: Anne Jeffreys, Jo Champa, Dawn Hudson, Samm Levine, Omar Doom, Sabrina Morris, Olana Di Girolamo, Alison Brie, Amber Heard, Susie Abromeit, Peter Fonda, and Rosario Dawson.
